Shipping Policy
Free worldwide shipping is included in the price of every commission. This page covers production times, transit estimates, customs and duties, and what happens if a package goes astray.
01Production & transit times
Each Bust is hand-finished, so production takes approximately 5 working days. Shipping then takes approximately 7–10 working days, depending on destination. Total estimated time from approved photographs to delivery is approximately 12–15 working days.
These are estimates based on carrier transit averages, not contractual delivery deadlines. Carrier delays, customs processing and force-majeure events may extend timelines.
02Where we ship
We ship free of charge to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, India, and Gulf Cooperation Council countries. We expand the list as logistics partners come online — if your country isn’t listed, write to hello@jagtarstudio.com and we’ll see what’s possible.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or PO Boxes for international orders, because customs documentation requires a verifiable destination.
03Carriers & tracking
We currently ship via DHL Express, UPS, and Canada Post depending on destination. You will receive a tracking link by email when your Bust dispatches, and you can follow it through to delivery on the customer-facing tracking page on our site.
04Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes can be made before dispatch — email hello@jagtarstudio.com with your order number as quickly as you can.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will get in touch and reship at the actual reshipping cost only. If you decide not to proceed, we will refund the order minus our manufacturing cost.
05Customs, duties & taxes
We declare actual transaction value on customs forms. We do not mark shipments as “gifts” or under-declare value.
United Kingdom
For consignments at or below £135, UK import VAT is collected at checkout in line with HMRC rules and no further customs charges apply on delivery. For consignments above £135, UK VAT and any duties are collected by the carrier on delivery.
European Union
For shipments at or below €150, we collect EU VAT at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme; no additional customs charges apply on delivery. Above €150, the recipient is responsible for VAT and duties assessed at import.
Australia
For consignments at or below A$1,000, we collect GST at checkout under Australia’s low-value imported-goods regime. Above A$1,000, GST is collected at the border.
Other destinations
For destinations not covered above, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT/GST and brokerage fees.
06Risk of loss
For consumers in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and Australia, risk of loss passes to you on delivery, in line with section 29 of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Article 20 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Outside those jurisdictions, risk transfers when we hand the package to the carrier. Either way, as a courtesy we replace lost packages under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
07Lost or damaged packages
Lost or damaged packages are handled through the Refund & Replacement Policy. In short:
- Damaged in transit — email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs; we will ship a free replacement.
- Lost in transit — replaced free of charge if not delivered within 30 days (US/CA/UK/EU) or 45 days (other international) of dispatch.
- Marked delivered but not received — please report within 7 days; we will help investigate with the carrier.
